  It was my first time shopping around for residential condo insurance. Cortley made it painless, he took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. He really knew what he was talking about and explained all my different options. Would definitely recommend Westland Insurance to anyone.

  I had simple insurance needs - I just needed basic tenants insurance and the team at Westland made it so easy and painless. I was able to use online tools for most steps and completed the whole process at times of the day that were convenient for me.

  First time client - changed from previous insurer to Westland primarily due to Edison Wong's level of customer service - very patient, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable of course. Responds quickly to calls and emails too - keep up the good work Edison!

  Bree has been very helpful. I've asked her apx. one thousand questions this month, and she's been very patient with me. She takes the time to explain everything. Would recommend getting insurance with her.

  I am a new customer with Westland and recently bought a policy with Sarah Kim at the Surrey Head Office. I do not typically feel compelled to leave reviews however, she went above and beyond any expectation and made the transaction very pleasurable. She is always available to help with whatever question or needs I may have.
  
  I had to purchase an additional policy for another property, which Sarah got me connected to a colleague of hers, Edison Wong whom was equally as helpful. He assisted me promptly and professionally.
  
  Overall my experience with the staff at the Surrey - Head Office was very very high quality and I would be delighted to do business with them for a long time to come. Thank you.
