I'm so happy to write this review for Danielle. She was a tremendous help to me when I decided, prior to retirement, to make sure I had in place a life insurance policy and coverage in case of critical illness. It's a great feeling to know those things have been looked after and Danielle was very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable on the right product for me.
After 20 years I lost my job receiving a severance package. Confused, hurt, and not knowing where to begin, I called Danielle. She looked over my paperwork, asked some important questions, did some research, and came up with a variety of options to maximize my money (while leaving me enough to get through to the next stage of my life). Danielle allowed me as much time as I needed to make those difficult decisions, as well as supplied me with the knowledge of how to manage my account. She is very respectful and reliable individual, answering any questions I had in a timely manner. She even went "the extra mile," to find a money saving option for my insurance needs. Danielle is an extremely gifted and accomplished person who knows about great customer service. That's where I put my confidence and hard earned money!
