I have no words on how to describe the service I got from ironwood insurance. I would like to say that VIVEK went so much out of his way to make sure that I save a lot of money on my car insurance.He called ICBC for me, even when I was not there ,to talk to my adjuster and get me all the help needed. He is well aware of what he is working as and gets you the best insurance possible for your car, or anything else as well.
I am so happy that he saved me so much on my car insurance. He knows about how to deal fairly with ICBC and the customers. I am now positively saying that for all of my car or home insurance needs, I will always go back to Vivek and the team at ironwood insurance.
I've used this place for years, as they are open early and late - and they are actually there when their hours say they will be, unlike some other places. The staff are friendly, helpful, and know ICBC well. I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes for service, and they send me a reminder when my insurance is going to expire soon.
Convenient hours. Not very busy. Nice staff. They take their time to answer all the questions I have and make my life easier.
