We arrived when they were about to close for the day, Sam was willing to assist us, and he went the extra mile to make sure we got the best insurance rate. Sam is very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend him.
(September 11, 2018, 3:01 am)Such great customer service! I come here for all my car insurance needs - but this time, it went above and beyond.
Sam helped me out at 5:45. He called ICBC, gave me good news and maybe some bad news but tried to do what he could to only make it good news. He stayed until after hours to make sure that he got through to ICBC, and adjust my insurance. He was friendly, knowledgeable, as quick as he could be and didn’t make me feel bad at all that it was after business hours.
