Air1 went the extra miles when other companies would not. They where able to find me a policy that suited my aircraft despite the limitations and circumstances of having an extremely uncommon aircraft.

I've been with Air1 for 4 years now. When you fly a tail-dragger . . . you know the saying: "It's not a question of IF you have a ground loop, it's just a matter of WHEN!" Obviously, then, I've needed lots of individual attention from Air1 staff, and I can tell you their excellent, responsive, friendly, professional, helpful service doesn't all stop once they have your money. They've really been there for me! I understand Air1 is a family-type business, and that's sure reflected in the personable way all of their staff have about them.
