(June 8, 2019, 6:14 pm)Bryan kindly and patiently helped me to revise the collision insurance rate that was mistakenly calculated by "All West Insurance" when I had leased a car. When all the cars that are traded in North Van Auto mall are insured by "All West" and it should be their expertise, "Westland" Insurance (Bryan) fixed the mess when I didn't hear a reasonable response from All West. As a customer, I've always got out of this office happy as I've learned more and more that in this office, they offer the most reasonable and reliable insurance to the customers.
(May 30, 2019, 4:58 pm)Westland Insurance has great customer service. They were fantastic when helping me with converting from Alberta to BC insurance and registration.
When I purchased my 4Runner I was setup with a different company who wouldn't submit my history claims letter to ICBC showing I was accident free for 8 years. They said it still wouldn't get me a discount and refused to even try submitting it. I had a hard time believing that so went to Westland for a second opinion. They submitted it and got me a 40% discount on both my vehicle and motorcycle insurance. They also had ICBC correct the discount on my motorcycle insurance since ICBC didn't enter it properly.
I will only be using Westland Insurance from now on as I feel they are the only provider that puts the customer first and strive to get their customers the best deal possible. Night and day compared to the previous company I used.
(May 14, 2019, 6:53 pm)Farah at Westland Insurance just renewed my car insurance. I am very happy with her service. It was fast and efficient. She made sure I am awar of the options which could reduce the cost of insurance. I highly recommend her.

(March 25, 2019, 2:12 pm)Renewed my auto insurance. Monica and the entire front end staff greeted me. Easy, quick and a bonus, was treated to the first cacti flowering of the spring, in the office. Was my lucky day! Glad to see a great team! Thanks, Ladies!
