Highly recommend Jim Hsieh, he went above & beyond what any other insurance agent I've had in the past to get me the lowest price/best fit coverage for my use. I will continue to go to him for all future insurance dealings & recommend to all family/friends.
(January 12, 2019, 2:03 pm)Great customer service and very reasonable insurance prices. Waqar Bashir helped me with a new homeowners insurance policy. He explained each of the different items, followed up and sent the insurance policy promptly. Highly recommend.

She took time to explain the policy carefully and I felt I was in great hands at every step of the way. Sarah's follow up correspondence was perfect, she remembered everything I asked and made everything very easy for me. I would highly recommend working with Sarah and Westland for any insurance needs. Thanks again Sarah!
(October 2, 2018, 6:55 pm)Today I dealt with Kevin Jenner for a quote on my house insurance. I found Kevin to be extremely knowledgeable and personable. He walked me through the process in great detail and made sure I was happy about how he explained everything. In the end his quote was 30% less than where I currently had my house insurance. Needless to say, I was extremely happy and I am now happy to be a customer of Westland Insurance. I will be back to see Kevin when my truck needs to be re insured in December. Thanks again Kevin.
