  I recently purchased a used car for my daughter. I drove from Horseshoe Bay WV to Burnaby to meet up with the seller of the car. We agreed to meet at Community Insurance in Burnaby. It was there I met up with Kevin Trac from Community Insurance. Kevin spent 2 hours with myself, the Seller and my daughter explaining how buying and selling a used car worked. He gave us tips on insurance despite the fact that none of us were purchasing insurance thru him. I was buying a 24 hour permit and storage insurance. Big deal $90.00. Kevin was so helpful, knowledgeable, funny and efficient. Next time I insure my car - I will drive to him. PS This is my first review.

  We’ve been costumers for years and always have a great experience at Community Insurance. The customer service is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

  By far the best agency in town. Really nice people, they do their best compare to others. I have been there for the past 6 month, it's fast when of course icbc server works which isn't from their end. I would recommend anyone to go there.
