Sean attended to all my needs, and actually gave me better service than I had received for the past 20 years. He patiently answered all my questions, and now I have better coverage than I did before. Awesome!
(September 5, 2018, 7:30 pm)I am writing this review today to inform you about an employee that goes above and beyond for her clients. Her name is Emily . She has provided me with my car insurance for the past few years which I could not be happier with . It was just weeks ago that she took care of my house insurance in a timely and efficient manner . I had thought of switching to insurance provided through my company but Emily got me thinking that perhaps over the phone service might not be what I wanted. Her willingness to assist me personally coaching me all the way is something that I needed. She is always providing me & I am certain all of her clients with the education needed to make good choices.
Words cannot express the comfort and the sense of security that having someone like her in my corner means to me. She provided me with peace of mind and that speaks loud & clear. Again Thanks Emily for service second to none.

Emily and Vanessa are examples of their knowledgeable staff that I love to see. They are thorough and efficient in processing whatever business you may need. The office is also conveniently located in a busy mall with ample parking. Will definitely recommend the ladies at Park Insurance!
(June 19, 2018, 2:25 pm)I had recently lost our fleet insurance broker and wasn't sure what I was going to do come renewal time. Thankfully the friendly folks at Park Insurance were up to the task! Emily took over the portfolio and did an excellent job keeping me posted on any claims that we may want to pay out to keep our premiums down and ensuring that all the vehicles had the same required coverage. I feel so much better knowing that I've found a great broker that's part of an awesome team. I would highly recommend Park Insurance to anyone looking for someone to handle their insurance needs. :)
