(March 24, 2019, 9:58 pm)I showed up 10 minutes before closing and Chloe served me as though the branch had just opened. It's nice when you go into an insurance office and know that they are going to take care of what you went in for. Hub is the only place I will go for my insurance needs.

Jen from hub international was superb in getting us the most affordable insurance with what matched our needs. No headaches , only pleasant results :) .

It all adds up in the end, and Jen helped me save, while providing great service at the same time!
I'll definitely refer my other friends with fleets over to her. She's been great!

I have had the most positive experience with the Abbotsford auto mall location, the staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help me with some questions I had about my insurance and they made me feel comfortable throughout the whole transaction. I would highly recommend anyone to drop by the office and experience the great customer service they offer! Thanks again to the agent who helped me and I can't wait to return next year.

Also, the road service was a great experience.. the person dealing with the renewals made it so convenient for me.. thanks Edita! Definitely calling her for all my vehicles.
